This platform is owned and operated by Josh Kosh Online Service Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

ARC (Atomic Rapid Charger) is a brand of Josh Kosh Online Service Private Limited.

Scope of Services

ARC provides:

  • EV charging hardware (AC & DC chargers)

  • Charger Management System (CMS) and cloud monitoring

  • Installation, operations, and maintenance support

  • Franchise, dealership, and partner programs

Service availability may vary by location.

Eligibility & International Use

  • Users must be 18 years or older

  • Access from outside India is permitted at the user’s responsibility

  • Users must comply with applicable local laws

Platform Usage

Users agree not to:

  • Misuse or disrupt the platform or CMS

  • Attempt unauthorized system access

  • Upload false, misleading, or unlawful information

  • Reverse-engineer software or systems

The Company may suspend or terminate access without notice.

Intellectual Property

All branding, software, charger designs, CMS dashboards, documentation, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensors.

No rights are transferred by use of the platform.

Payments & Transactions

  • Payments are governed by written quotations, invoices, or agreements

  • Prices may exclude applicable taxes

  • Payments are processed via third-party gateways

  • The Company does not store card or banking details

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

CMS & App Usage

CMS access is provided on a best-effort basis.

  • Features depend on service plans and connectivity

  • Data is for operational visibility only

  • No guarantee of uptime, revenue, or accuracy

Franchise & Partner Programs

  • Engagements require separate written agreements

  • Financial projections are indicative only

  • No franchise relationship is created through website or app usage alone

Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Use of the platform is at the user’s own risk.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction lies exclusively with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
