Scope of CMS

ARC CMS provides charger monitoring, alerts, and limited diagnostics via web and ARC.EV app.

Services are provided on a best-effort basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Service Availability

Target CMS uptime: 95% monthly, excluding:

• Scheduled maintenance

• Power or internet outages

• Force majeure events

• Third-party infrastructure issues

Maintenance

Planned maintenance may cause temporary downtime. Advance notice will be provided where feasible.

Exclusions

Uptime does not cover:

• Site-level connectivity failures

• Hardware faults

• Incorrect installations

• User misuse or unauthorized access

Data Accuracy Disclaimer

CMS data is for operational insight only and may be delayed or incomplete. It should not be used for statutory or financial reporting.

No Performance Guarantees

ARC does not guarantee:

• Revenue

• Utilization

• ROI or breakeven timelines

Remedies

Unless contractually stated:

• No service credits or refunds apply

• Remedies are limited to reasonable corrective action

Governing Law

This SLA is governed by the laws of India with jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana.
