REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

General Policy

All payments made to Josh Kosh Online Service Private Limited are governed by written quotations, invoices, and agreements.

Unless explicitly stated in writing, payments are non-refundable.

EV Charger Hardware

• Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation

• No refunds after manufacturing, dispatch, or installation

• Warranty claims are handled separately

CMS & Software Services

• Subscription and service fees are non-refundable

• No refunds for partial usage periods

Franchise / Dealership Fees

• Onboarding and franchise fees are non-refundable once agreements are executed

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to:

Approval depends on contract terms and execution status.

Payment Failures

The Company is not responsible for:

• Gateway errors

• Bank delays or reversals

• Duplicate charges (to be resolved with bank/gateway)
